About the Role
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to lead complex Defense & Aerospace programs from concept through deployment. In this mission-driven role, you will own requirements, architecture, integration, and verification of advanced multi-domain systems supporting global security. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll apply MBSE, rigorous systems engineering, and defense standards to deliver reliable, secure solutions. You’ll mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and leverage a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous learning to solve hard problems that matter.
