Rapidly scaling manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on, strategic IT executive to lead a company-wide technology transformation. This is not a maintenance role — this is a builder role. You will architect the ERP future, modernize automation, and elevate data and analytics across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do
Lead ERP selection, implementation, and integration
Drive plant-floor automation, systems integration, and shop-floor technology strategy
Elevate analytics, reporting, and data discipline across the organization
Partner with executive leadership to align IT with aggressive growth goals
Build and mentor an internal IT team while remaining hands-on when needed
Modernize infrastructure, EDI, APIs, and system integrations
Act as the bridge between operations, finance, and technology
What We’re Looking For
Proven IT leadership experience in manufacturing
Deep ERP implementation experience
Strong background in integrations, EDI, APIs, and system architecture
Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
Change leader who can move at executive pace
High EQ communicator who can align tech with business outcomes
