Sr. Business Analyst (remote)

In this role, you will be instrumental in leading strategic digital initiatives that significantly enhance processes, drive overall productivity, and yield measurable business value across the organization. Your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while collaborating with senior leadership will ensure that innovative ideas are transformed into tangible outcomes. As the primary owner of the end-to-end lifecycle for internal digital projects, you will align these initiatives with financial targets and organizational priorities, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the company. Accountabilities Lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. Build and defend business cases tied to Annual Operating Plan outcomes. Drive alignment across business units, regions, and P&L leaders. Operate within structured governance frameworks and present regularly to executives. Organize and run projects in accordance with TMO standard operating procedure. Create comprehensive project artifacts including charters, workplans, and scorecards. Generate hypotheses for potential projects, test them rapidly, and scale successful initiatives. Establish governance and prepare gating artifacts for the project team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in SAP is essential. Preferably have experience in process improvement and productivity initiatives. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems. Excellent organizational skills with a capacity for time stewardship.
