Sr Business Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst supporting our Property & Casualty (P&C) Reinsurance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex datasets and provide insights that support P&C reinsurance business decisions.

• Leverage deep knowledge of Property & Casualty and Reinsurance platforms to support data analysis, reporting, and operational enhancements.

• Meet with users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring data solutions align with business needs.

• Utilize advanced Excel and SQL skills to efficiently extract, manipulate, and validate large data sets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data flows, perform ETL transformations, and support data mapping processes.

• Contribute to projects with strong project management capabilities and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
