Sr Attorney

Large National law firm has a need for a Sr Finance Attorney in Parsippany. It is a direct hire opening and hybrid. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience with commercial foreclosure matters, hands-on experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, complex contractual disputes, and strong familiarity with the state and federal consumer protection laws and courts in New Jersey. Consumer finance and creditors' rights experience is preferred. We are looking for candidates with exceptional writing and drafting skills, a genuine enthusiasm for litigation, and a desire to take on increasing responsibility. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of solid commercial litigation experience (consumer finance and creditors' rights experience is preferred) Strong writing skills, including drafting and arguing pleading and motions Excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills Excellent technical, legal research, professional, and client service skills Team-oriented with a collaborative approach Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively to meet client and team needs New Jersey and New York bar admission in good standing #J-18808-Ljbffr
