About the Role:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K–12 school settings under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You'll support the implementation of treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and help students build the communication skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. This role collaborates closely with SLPs, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What You'll Do:

83; Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP

83; Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress toward established goals

83; Support the SLP in conducting screenings, data collection, and informal assessments

83; Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments

83; Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation

83; Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs

83; Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

83; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field

83; Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)

83; DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance

83; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

83; Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:

83; One year of experience in a school or pediatric setting

83; Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services

83; Knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies

83; Experience supporting diverse student populations
