Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Wisconsin SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required.
- Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication treatment, and standardized assessment tools preferred.
- Ability to complete and document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in an electronic medical record.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
- Working Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Assignment Length: 15 weeks.
