Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required.
• Active Massachusetts state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of SLP clinical experience required.
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings is required.
• New graduates considered only if they have completed a Level II clinical experience (not limited to Level I observation).
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop plans of care, document treatment minutes, and provide discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Ability to supervise and support CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Adherence to ASHA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: 8 hour days, 35 GWW.
• Weekend Requirement: None.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Must be able to provide evaluation, treatment, and documentation for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders per regulatory standards.
