Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required.
- Active Massachusetts state SLP license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of SLP clinical experience required.
- Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings is required.
- New graduates considered only if they have completed a Level II clinical experience (not limited to Level I observation).
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop plans of care, document treatment minutes, and provide discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Ability to supervise and support CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Adherence to ASHA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: 8 hour days, 35 GWW.
- Weekend Requirement: None.
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Must be able to provide evaluation, treatment, and documentation for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders per regulatory standards.
