Speech Language Pathologist (slp) - Home Based

Encompass Health is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation and/or home-based setting. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document progress.
