SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)
Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- State license in SNF
- Experience in rehab SNF preferred
