About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist Fellow to deliver high-quality evaluation and treatment for adult patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. As part of the Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will assess speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and document progress using EMR. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and grow under structured mentorship in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
