About the Role
Now Hiring for 26-27 School Year | $40-50/hour, plus $1000 Signing Bonus | Full-Time | Bloomington, IN | School-Based | Clinical FellowsAbout the Role:Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.Why Join Us:CEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistanceFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Paid sick leave, holidays, and vacationClinical fellows welcomeSpread Pay options availableWhat You'll Do:Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioningDevelop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team membersProvide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goalsComplete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviewsConsult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skillsMaintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentationSupervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)What We're Looking For:Must Have:Eligibility to obtain Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are deliveredState Department of Education SLP licenseMasters in Speech Language PathologyCriminal and DCS background checksStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationPreferred:Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programsClinical experience with school-based caseload managementSpeech Language Pathologists Physical Demands:Environment : Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.Activity : Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable : Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.About IEP Therapy Point Quest Group:Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
