Target - 401 Gates Parkway - Responsibilities: Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent; Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience; Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals; Plan merchandising sets and planograms to support seasonal trends; Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes
