About the Role
Target - 13924 North Pennsylvania Avenue - Responsibilities: Lead a team of hourly team members; including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent; Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience; Plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your direct leader and execute the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement; Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach team member expectations; Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning
