About the Role
Target - 8251 Mira Mesa Boulevard - Responsibilities: Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.; Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.; Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.; Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad.; Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and assist guests with product knowledge
- Sort truck freight and stock merchandise in backroom
- Set visual merchandising and maintain product availability
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
