About the Role
Target - 27920 Pink Flamingo Lane - Responsibilities: Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.; Sort truck freight and push freight to the salesfloor, locating merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.; Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.; Execute and maintain backroom organization, locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.; Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
