About the Role
Target - 2650 Northwest Federal Highway - Responsibilities: Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing to assist guests as needed; Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising; Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests; Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience; Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services are moved back to the sales floor
