AdventHealth - 5050 Wesley Rd - Responsibilities: Dispenses medications accurately and efficiently; Monitors patient health and progress to optimize treatment outcomes; Processes claims adjudication and copay assistance billing for new prescription orders and refill requests; Contacts prescribers office regarding clarification on missing prescription information and/or prescription coverage details including prior authorization requirements; Facilitates prior authorization and appeals processes, as well as patient management program operations
