Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 200 Hi Circle North - Responsibilities: Greet guests and facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences; Schedule, modify, and cancel spa and fitness appointments with accuracy; Promote and recommend services, packages, and retail items through upselling and cross-selling; Provide detailed knowledge of spa treatments, fitness classes, retail offerings, and facility amenities; Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction
