Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Solution architect for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid). The candidate must bring strong functional‑technical expertise to translate complex business needs into scalable, API‑driven solution designs while leading end‑to‑end architecture discussions and integrations. Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Solution Architect Job Responsibilities Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical solution designs. Design end‑to‑end architectures including APIs, data models, workflows, and system integrations. Collaborate with engineering teams to define API contracts and ensure scalable, configurable solution delivery. Lead design reviews, stakeholder walkthroughs, and requirement clarification sessions across teams. Support development and QA teams with technical guidance, test scenario validation, and issue resolution. Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation while driving best practices in solution governance and performance optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8–10 years of combined experience in solution architecture and business/functional analysis. Strong expertise in designing scalable, API‑driven architectures with a balance of technical and functional skills. Proven ability to translate business requirements into solution designs while collaborating across engineering, product, and stakeholder teams. Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour.
