About the Role
Job Summary The purpose of this role is to strengthen the FieldOps Backend and Gen3 digital platforms by providing hands-on software engineering expertise across backend services, system integration, and end-to-end feature delivery. This position will contribute to the design, development, testing, and stabilization of critical Gen3 capabilities—including SGL, RDC, and first-boot to first-job workflows—ensuring scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions. The role works closely with cross-functional teams across software, systems, and validation to accelerate delivery, reduce operational risk, and improve overall platform quality. By bringing technical ownership and continuity, this position supports long-term maintainability and successful rollout of FieldOps and Gen3 features across CNH products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting FieldOps and Gen3 digital platforms Contribute to end-to-end feature delivery, from first-boot through first-job workflows Support integration of Gen3 systems including SGL, RDC, and machine-to-cloud connectivity Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (systems, validation, product, and support) to deliver production-ready solutions Participate in end-to-end testing, issue triage, and defect resolution to improve platform stability and quality Support environment setup, testing labs, and validation activities to ensure reliable releases Improve service scalability, reliability, and maintainability through sound engineering practices Assist with troubleshooting customer, lab, and field issues related to backend and integration components Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and knowledge sharing within the team Provide continuity and technical ownership across ongoing and future FieldOps and Gen3 initiatives Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with agronomic software development, telematics data, and hands-on display configuration is preferred. Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $74,625.00 - $114,425.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
