A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test. Key Responsibilities Implement strategies to enhance release integrity through automation in CI/CD pipelines and validation processes Instrument quality health metrics and dashboards for product stability and release readiness Drive internal tooling initiatives to improve developer experience and enable efficient testing and shipping Required Qualifications Understanding of modern quality engineering best practices and their pragmatic application Strong technical foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation for complex applications using languages like C++/C#, GD Script, or Python Proven experience with shift-left quality practices and hands-on experience in performance, resilience, and security testing Experience building internal tools that enhance testability and overall release integrity
