About the Role
A company is looking for a Software Developer in Test (SDET) - II. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards Perform and lead tests on software and IT systems, documenting and communicating test results Support analysis of test results and resolution of open issues while providing technical solutions to complex problems Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Advanced certifications in testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) are preferred
