Jackson HealthPros is seeking a motivated SLP CF to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team as a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders under the supervision of an experienced, ASHA-certified SLP. Working within varied healthcare settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and rehabilitation facilities, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes and smooth care transitions.

As an integral part of our mission-driven organization, you will conduct standardized and informal assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and document all services in accordance with regulatory, payer, and facility standards. You will participate in care team meetings, contribute to discharge planning, and provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding communication and swallowing strategies. Guided mentorship and regular supervision will help you refine clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and documentation skills as you progress toward completion of your Clinical Fellowship and eventual attainment of your CCC-SLP.
