Burlington - 151 VFW Parkway - Responsibilities: Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and role modeling; Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication; Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote safety and customer service; Demonstrate knowledge of shortage areas and programs to identify and reduce theft; Gather indicators of external theft and support network with local law enforcement for investigations
