About the Role
ShopRite - - Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Front End Department and its Associates to achieve department goals; Greet all Customers and provide prompt, courteous service; Assist with onboarding of new department Associates, including interviewing, selection and training; Provide continual training, developmental action planning, and meaningful feedback on job performance to Associates; Maintain open communication and lead Associates to work cooperatively with other store departments
