About the Role
KFC - - Responsibilities: Demonstrate Tasty Chick'n's Guiding Values while training, coaching, and recognizing A+ talent; Execute the Performance Management process to ensure employees are set up for success; Partner with the General Manager to resolve employee relations and maintain legal compliance; Work a schedule to observe all day parts (opening, lunch, dinner, overnight, weekends) and resolve customer issues; Coach and ensure service team accountability for core operational procedures using OSM and Company systems
