About the Role
KFC - - Responsibilities: Train, coach, and support A+ talent to achieve key results in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit; Work a schedule to cover open, lunch, dinner, overnight, and weekend shifts; Ensure food safety standards are met through direct observation while running shifts; Monitor metrics and inventory management and take corrective actions to meet margin targets; Partner with General Manager to implement projections and marketing initiatives
