About the Role

Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Lead shift operations and guide the team to meet MIC (Manager in Charge) standards; Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain food safety, quality, and accuracy; Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive customer relations; Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance; Assist the GM with screening Team Member candidates and with Profit & Loss management including cash control, inventory, and labor
