About the Role
SONIC Drive-In - 6205 Coliseum Boulevard - Responsibilities: Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards; Assist with new employee orientation and training; Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties (trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing areas, cleaning equipment); Lead shift meetings
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple restaurant stations and shift activities
- Oversee training and onboarding of new employees
- Conduct shift meetings and ensure sanitation
Qualifications
- Experience in food service supervision
- Ability to lead a team and train new staff
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices
