About the Role
Five Guys - 8248 Transit Road - Responsibilities: Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in effectively managing a restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high performing teams; Provide hands-on support of employees across cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, and opening and closing duties; Lead a team effectively and communicate clearly; Adhere to Companys policies and procedures, as well as City, State, and Federal laws and mandates; Manage schedule availability including days and nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule
