About the Role
Taco Bell - 475 EAST GIBSON ST - Responsibilities: Make sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner; Oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction; Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin; Clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant; Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Ensure tasks are completed and food is served safely and of quality
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of restaurant premises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or leadership preferred
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
