About the Role

Scooter's Coffee - - Responsibilities: Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques; Maintain speed of service during high-volume periods; Develop effective working relationships with team members and provide clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance; Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales; Assist Store Manager with administrative duties as requested and onboarding/training of new team members
