About the Role
Pet Supermarket - - Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Assist customers and leads the team in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs and store performance goals.; Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals, tasks, and assignments to associate team and ensure proper completion when manager on duty.; Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in the workplace, including conducting oneself in an appropriate manner when communicating verbally, in writing, or by email.; Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute community events and develop mutually beneficial business relationships with various rescue agencies.; Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
