About the Role
A company is looking for a Software Engineer (ServiceNow) to design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and enhance ServiceNow Catalog items and maintain platform architecture documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the ServiceNow platform according to ITIL best practices Develop technical design documents, test plans, and support ServiceNow upgrades and development efforts Required Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years experience in ServiceNow development Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) Experience with server-side and client-side scripting on the ServiceNow platform Fundamental understanding of technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with 3-5 years of professional work experience
