About the Role
Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Lead front end operations, ensure department records, and cash handling/accounting comply with legal and company policies and procedures; Manage team member staffing, scheduling, training, and developing team members as well as managing discipline and performance appraisals for areas of responsibility; Oversee Administrative Coordinator, Head Cashiers, Cashiers, Courtesy Clerks, and In-Store Shoppers; Communicate standards, expectations, policy changes, and product knowledge to the team members; Foster a positive and engaging work environment while adhering to all safety, health, and compliance regulations
