About the Role
Pyramid Global Hospitality - 2277 Wisconsin Dells Parkway North - Responsibilities: Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation; Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods; Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery; Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience; Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times
