The Opportunity Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, and traces with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software without the overhead of maintaining their own stack. Expand the external enablement through the Learning Hub. Continue development of a first-class documentation site for both human and AI consumers. Collaborate with other engineering teams on continuously improving the integration of the website and the user-facing product. What Makes You a Great Fit Solid experience (4+ years) with web development technologies and static site generators. Experience or comfort working with backends written in Golang. Experience or comfort working with Kubernetes. Strong practice of effective CI/CD. Strong understanding of web application security best practices. You are comfortable working in a remote-first company. You understand the importance of communication and stakeholder engagement and management. Compensation and Benefits In Germany, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 85,670 – EUR 102,804. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to provide ownership in Grafana Labs’ success. RSUs help align and invest as we scale globally. Compensation ranges are country specific.
