With new tactical initiatives in place, 3Z is poised for hyper-growth in the coming years. We have an exciting opportunity for an expereinced Web Developer looking for an exciting role. This is hybrid position - candidates local to AZ only please. Role Requirements Experience using Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day development Ability to translate design intent into responsive web experiences using established brand guidelines and a well-maintained CSS system — pixel-perfection matters, but we value systematic, reusable approaches over one-off implementations Strong understanding of web security best practices, including data protection and secure third-party integrations Experience with SEO best practices (technical SEO, on-page optimization) Interest in or awareness of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and how AI-driven search is changing product discovery — this is an evolving area we're all learning together Proven ability to improve site performance and page speed (Core Web Vitals, load times, front-end optimization) Familiarity with common Shopify ecosystem integrations (e.g., ERP systems, shipping platforms, email/SMS marketing tools) is a plus Ways of Working Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end Comfortable working collaboratively with designers, marketers, and other engineers Action-oriented mindset with a bias toward shipping and iterating Able to operate with ambiguity and help define requirements, not just execute pre-defined tickets Strong communication skills and comfort explaining technical decisions to non-technical teammates Benefits Competitive wages commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) program with matching Supportive, team-focused workplace Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven company All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. 3Z Brands conducts a pre-employment drug test and background search upon hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
