Senior User Experience/ui Analyst - Remote

This role is crucial in defining and designing user interfaces for innovative applications that help clients maximize their investment goals. Accountabilities Assist in defining, designing, and implementing solutions for existing applications. Streamline workflows through user consultation. Support users by resolving technical issues. Collaborate with team members to solve problems. Clarify business requirements with project teams. Prepare and execute system tests. Generate reports on application metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 6-10 years in systems analysis or technical projects. Experience with managing small-mid scale IT projects. Familiarity with system development lifecycles, particularly agile methodologies. Experience with system testing. Financial services or mutual fund experience is preferred. 5+ years of user experience & product design experience for complex financial services applications. 5+ years of user research experience and understanding of user research methodologies.
