We’re recruiting for a Senior Solutions Architect on behalf of a high-growth VAR cybersecurity services firm. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll operate across technical delivery, architecture, and account leadership—ideal for someone who wants to stay hands-on while influencing strategy and driving customer outcomes.
Client Summary:
A rapidly growing cybersecurity services company delivering advanced security solutions across SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and MDR. The firm partners with enterprise clients to strengthen security posture, improve detection and response, and modernize security operations. Known for deep technical expertise and a consultative approach, they are scaling quickly and expanding their service offerings.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Own end-to-end delivery for key client accounts, ensuring quality and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and escalation point (including high-severity issues)
- Lead and execute complex security engagements (SIEM, SOAR, SOC, MDR, detection engineering)
- Partner with sales to identify and expand services within existing accounts
- Drive architectural decisions and recommend improvements across client environments
- Contribute to billable work while maintaining strong utilization
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service outcomes
- Help define and refine scalable service offerings and delivery playbooks
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity across multiple domains
- Strong expertise in SIEM, SOAR, threat hunting, SOC, or MDR environments
- Experience with platforms like Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Chronicle, or similar
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive account growth
- Comfort operating in a services environment with billable targets
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to stay hands-on while leading delivery and strategy
Nice to Have:
- Background in consulting, professional services, or MSSP environments
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, CMMC, or FedRAMP
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, cloud/security certs)
- Exposure to AI/ML in cybersecurity
Compensation & Structure:
- Contract role with strong potential for W2 conversion
