Your Impact As a senior engineer you will shape product architecture, build high‑availability cloud services, and drive AI‑first engineering practices across teams. Location This role is based in our Ho Chi Minh City office. We follow a hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday‑Friday and remote Mondays, unless an approved accommodation applies. What You’ll Do Lead engineering architecture design reviews, incorporating AI‑driven insights and system modeling Set a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews, including evaluation of AI‑generated code and patterns Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI‑first development practices Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization Work across teams with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions Improve engineering processes by embedding automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows into planning and execution Build services that adhere to high standards on availability and latency in a mission‑critical environment Leverage AI systems to optimize performance, observability, and operational efficiency What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 6+ years of professional software development experience Experience designing and delivering highly‑available, scalable cloud‑based systems Backend service experience in multiple managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, C#, or similar Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores Experience evaluating and integrating AI‑assisted development tools into engineering workflows Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to improve developer productivity, system design, and operational efficiency Benefits Medical and Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Robust Paid Time Off policy Bonuses Lunch allowance Cell phone stipend Free LinkedIn Learning account or similar learning platforms Access to 24/7 online emotional and mental support Gym membership Free motorbike parking Stocked fridges and pantries – free coffee, cold beverages, snacks Annual company outing trip Monthly team social activities Equal Opportunity Employment We are an equal opportunity employer that promotes justice, advances equity, values diversity and fosters inclusion.
