About the Role
A company is looking for a Sr Information Systems Software Application Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Perform software application troubleshooting across various layers including Application, Database, Network, and Integration Lead automation of tasks and service requests while developing action plans for improving SLAs Document and standardize processes, and develop expertise in business applications and integrations Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Application Development 8+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues on the Salesforce platform end-to-end 8+ years of experience in enterprise application integrations such as Salesforce, Apttus, and MuleSoft/SnapLogic Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
