Senior Security Software Engineer
About the Role
A company is looking for a Sr. Security Software Engineer, Corporate Security. Key Responsibilities Develop scripts, tools, and automated pipelines for vulnerability scanning and incident triage Consult on secure-by-design systems and conduct design and code reviews to identify vulnerabilities Advocate for secure coding practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance threat detection and remediation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in corporate security or security-related software engineering Experience with Linux/UNIX, macOS, or Windows internals focused on proactive hardening Familiarity with fleet management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Terraform) and cloud computing Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for improving workflow efficiency and quality
