About the Role
QPS Employment - - Responsibilities: Lead and perform the preparation, review, and submission of PPAP and ISIR documentation for contract sheet metal jobs, ensuring all deliverables exceed customer and regulatory requirements; Audit welds and fabricated parts, validating adherence to specifications, tolerances and quality standards; Mentor and train junior QC personnel, fostering a team oriented toward continuous learning and process excellence; Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost savings; Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes, especially as they relate to PPAP/ISIR non-conformances or customer feedback
