Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
• Build and optimize APIs and data pipelines that support AI and matching algorithms
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to implement new features
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Help shape technical architecture and long-term engineering strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with Python
• Strong experience building backend systems and APIs
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely
