Senior Product Software Engineer Elysia Battery Intelligence is building software that helps manage large-scale battery systems, a key part of the global clean energy transition. These systems generate huge amounts of data, and Elysia’s platform turns that data into real-time insights to help operators run them safely and efficiently. Location: San Francisco, CA • Employment Type: Full time • Working Options: Remote or Hybrid (2 days onsite preferred) • Position Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Work on high-performance, real-time systems using C++ Help design and build a new platform from the ground up Take ownership of a core part of the system within your first year Contribute to key technical decisions and engineering standards Build and improve core subsystems of the battery intelligence platform Handle large volumes of real-time data Collaborate with engineers and field teams to understand how the system is used in practice Define engineering best practices as the team grows Take increasing ownership of a technical domain over time Experience Required 5-10 years in C++ in production environments Linux-based systems Real-time, high-performance, or safety-critical software Experience could come from industries like Finance or trading systems, Gaming, Energy or infrastructure Deadline to Apply May 21, 2026 at 11:00 PM GMT Diversity & Inclusion We are an equal opportunities employer.
