Molecular Consultant - Remote

Overview We are currently looking for a Molecular Professional Services Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering consulting and implementation projects that ensure timely completion and high client satisfaction. Your mentorship and advice will guide clients in workflow planning, driving adoption of best practices to maximize their return on investment. This position involves not only remote services but also on-site support, showcasing your expertise in molecular workflows across various settings. Accountabilities Consult with key stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with customer expectations. Conduct implementations in accordance with department guidelines. Guide clients in decision-making for maximum efficiency. Provide training to clients during implementation. Monitor feedback to suggest process improvements. Travel to client sites for software installations. Commit to superior customer satisfaction. Resolve project issues or elevate as necessary. Mentor other Consultants to improve product knowledge. Organize and prioritize project tasks effectively. Stay updated on new features and products. Deliver consulting projects to achieve successful outcomes. Requirements Strong understanding of laboratory workflow concepts related to software applications. Ability to understand and recommend optimal system integrations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capacity to manage projects independently from start to finish. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Advanced knowledge of relevant products and methodologies. Experience in developing and improving workflow processes. Familiarity with healthcare specialty workflows.
