This role supports attorneys in all phases of litigation—case management, court filings, discovery, trial prep, and more. If you're a detail-driven professional with strong litigation experience at a reputable law practice, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Draft pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests, and trial materials. Prepare deposition, arbitration, and trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness kits. Review and organize documents using e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Ringtail, Summation, Trial Director, etc.). Conduct legal research, cite-checking, and summarize medical or case records. Track deadlines, court filings, and assist with scheduling and calendaring. Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, experts, and opposing counsel. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate. 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment. Proficiency with document management/e-discovery tools. Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Experience supporting trials or arbitrations; willingness to travel or work overtime as needed.
