Senior Information Security Project/program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of InfoSec and risk remediation programs. Manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives with strong dependency tracking. Partner with engineering, data, platform, and cloud teams to drive security initiatives. Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables. Ensure alignment between security, engineering, and business stakeholders. Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; drive timely resolution. Communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership. Operate effectively in ambiguous and regulated environments. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager delivering complex technology initiatives. Proven track record in Information Security or risk remediation programs. Strong technical background, with prior experience in engineering or software development (understanding of code required). Experience working with data engineering, platform, or cloud-native teams. Expertise in dependency management and multi-stream program delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity with a pragmatic, outcomes-driven mindset. Preferred Skills Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare). Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. Exposure to Agile, DevSecOps, or cloud security practices.
